COME AND VISIT US ANYTIME AS THE WHARF IS OPEN DAILY! GPS TO 201 WASHINGTON STREET TO REACH THE WATERFRONT PARKING LOT. LOST AND FOUND - SEE BELOW.
THE WATERFRONT LOT IS NOW A PREPAY LOT. THERE ARE MANY PREPAY STATIONS INSIDE THE PARKING LOT.
IT IS NOW $1.75 PER HOUR WITH A DAILY MAXIMUM OF $12.
YOU CAN USE THE PARKMOBILE APP TO PREPAY OR GO TO A PAY STATION.
TO USE PARKMOBILE, JUST DOWNLOAD THE APP ON YOUR PHONE. THE LOT ZONE IS #21031 USING THE PARKMOBILE APP.
BE SURE TO ENABLE THE ALERTS FOR EMAILS AND TEXTS SO THAT YOU CAN EASILY ADD MORE MONEY IF YOU STAY LONGER ON THE WHARF THAN YOU PAID FOR INITIALLY.
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, CALL THE PARKING OFFICE AT 831-646-3953 WEEKDAYS OR 646-3967 ON WEEKENDS. THERE IS ALSO OFTEN A ROVING ATTENDANT AT THE LOT.

DISABLED PARKING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE IN ALL OFF-STREET PARKING LOTS AND GARAGES. THERE IS NO DISCOUNT FOR DISABLED PARKING WITHIN THE WATERFRONT PARKING LOT.
The Marina Lot and Waterfront Lot now operate as one SELF-PAY lot referred to as the Waterfront Lot. With this change, the rate was adjusted. The rate is now $1.75 per hour with a daily max of $12.00 from 9 am - 8 pm. A doublespace is $2.25/hour or $19.00 all day. The lot zone is #21031 using the app. There are also many pay stations to use if you prefer not to use the ParkMobile app.

FREE MST TROLLEY
Starting Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, enjoy the FREE MST Trolley from 10 am - 6 pm that stops in Downtown Monterey, Monterey Old Fisherman's Wharf and Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. A great way to get around! Pick it up at many stops. At the Wharf, it picks up and drops off near the small parking lot circle near the head of the Wharf. Very convenient. LOST AND FOUND
THERE IS NO LOST AND FOUND ON THE WHARF. FOR ITEMS YOU MAY HAVE LOST ON THE WHARF, CALL 831-646-3830 AND SELECT RECORDS DEPARTMENT TO FILE A LOST ITEM REPORT WITH THE MONTEREY POLICE. THE MERCHANTS ARE ASKED TO CONTACT THE POLICE WHEN THEY FIND SOMETHING SUCH AS A WALLET OR KEYS, ETC.

RV Parking is permitted in the Depot Lot, East Depot Lot as well as the Waterfront lot. Unfortunately spaces cannot be reserved and spaces are first come first serve. Although RVs may park overnight in these lots, please be advised per City Ordinance Sec. 20-85 - Persons may not camp overnight/sleep in a vehicle on any City street or in parking lot.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, GPS mapping is currently inaccurate so please map to 201 Washington, Monterey, CA 93940 to reach the Wharf's adjacent Waterfront parking lot or you can map to 245 Figueroa, Monterey, CA 93940 to reach the main entrance to the Waterfront Parking Lot.

Driving Directions
From South (Carmel, Carmel Valley & Big Sur): Hwy 1, exit Munras towards the bay. Munras becomes Abrego, then Washington. Enter Wharf parking lot.
From East (Salinas): Take Hwy 1 SW. Exit Monterey. Proceed to 3rd light, turn right on Abrego. Becomes Washington, then runs into Wharf parking lot.
From North (Seaside, Marina): Take Hwy 1 S. Exit Del Monte Ave. Proceed to intersection at Figueroa or Washington and turn right into Wharf parking lot.
From El Estero Visitors Center: Head west on Camino El Estero. Turn left onto Del Monte. Turn right at Figueroa into the Wharf parking lot.
From Pacific Grove, Monterey Bay Aquarium, & Cannery Row: Travel Lighthouse Avenue East. Go through tunnel at Del Monte. Turn left at either 1st or 2nd turn into Wharf parking lot.
Parking Lots in the City of Monterey
Parking is easy and affordable in Monterey. There are several parking facilities conveniently located near Old Fisherman's Wharf. Fees are economical and all lots are safe and clean. Handicapped parking is available in all lots. RV and trailer parking is available as described below.
Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

Located between Washington Street (245 Washington) and Fisherman's Wharf. Best parking for Fisherman's Wharf, the Harbor/Marina and the Coastal Trail. Hourly parking. Rates: $1.75per hour or fraction thereof, $12 maximum per day, Visa and MasterCard and Cash accepted. Please prepay at a pay station or via the ParkMobile App.
Located between Washington Street and Wharf #2. Trailer pull through spaces available. Best parking for Fisherman's Wharf, the Marina and the Coastal Trail. Pay Station ticket dispensers, $1.50 per hour, $10.00 all day, $16 for double pull-through spaces. . Visa and MasterCard accepted. Change machine available. No unattached trailers are allowed (Monterey City Code Sec. 20-86.5). Enforced everyday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 235 Spaces.
Municipal Wharf II -Best parking for Municipal Wharf II, the Marina and Monterey Beach. Pay Station ticket dispenser, $1.75 per hour, $12.00 all day. Visa and MasterCard accepted. Enforced everyday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 129 spaces.
Fisherman's Wharf is within walking distance from most downtown Monterey hotels (Portola Hotel & Spa, Monterey Marriott, Hotel Pacific, Monterey Hotel, Casa Munras, Casa Abrego and Merritt House, among others), and many other attractions.
Restrooms
There are convenient restrooms in the dark brown Harbormaster building There are also restrooms on the Wharf itself, halfway down on the left near Rockfish Harbor Grill and behind Monterey Bay Silver.

Old Fisherman's Wharf is open 365 days a year. Although Old Fisherman’s Wharf businesses have always had high cleaning standards, we have initiated new cleaning and sanitization protocols throughout the property.
The staff at all of our merchants have gone through rigorous training on how to uphold the required health and safety protocols.
Visitors must also comply with this health and safety protocol during their visit to Old Fisherman’s Wharf:

Cents of Change
Spare change? Monterey's Old Fisherman's Wharf is pleased to feature one of the City of Monterey's "Cents of Change" bright orange meters at the head of the Wharf across from Harbor House Gifts. 100 percent of all donations will go to city funding for homeless programs that provide emergency housing, food, family reunification and other emergency services.

Hometown Medical Supplies - This company rents an electric wheelchair (San Jose - but they do deliver to Monterey). There are no wheelchair rentals at the Wharf but there may be some companies that rent wheelchairs in Monterey, Salinas or other nearby cities.
Please note that the Wharf is paved and flat and appropriate for wheelchairs and walkers.
